Radicchio

March 08, 2016/ Kerry Taylor

Radicchio (Cichorium intybus)

Radicchio is a red leaved, white veined vegetable whose leaves make a small head. Its strong bitter flavor makes a great addition to salads. It is also often grilled or roasted to obtain a milder flavor.

Storage Tips:

Radicchio can store in the hydrator drawer of your refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
